The video was directed by Nicky Campos and it was released on the 13th of December, since then, it has been the most talked about video in Limpopo.

The Malende na Domba video was shot in Venda to deliver and show a deeply personal and heartfelt love for the Vhavenda Culture. The video only has 2 scenes, One of which features a squad chilling at the water-front wearing New Age fashion clothes, and the other one includes footage that shows a traditional family celebration in the rurals. Fistosvalley announced the release of the video on his facebook page with the caption, ‘Mom thank you for believing in my dreams.’

Malende na Domba has an amapiano vibe fused with Tshivenda music instruments - it comes with a celebration touch and realness that people of all ages can relate to. This song serves as a tool to protect and promote the Vhavenda heritage and tradition. On the video we see women and men celebrating their tradition — dancing Malende and Domba, drinking African beer, playing drums — as drums are a vital part of Venda music and is utilized at all traditional rituals and ceremonies.

Domba is the most famous dance in Venda, and everyone can take part in it. Malende is a dance by VhaVenda women from youth to old, any grown respectable woman of the vhaVenda community can participate on this dance under the supervision of the elders just as you see it in the video.
