Here are the highlights of what happened at the Creatives Makhado Art and Music Workshop Pretoria edition which took place on the 23rd of November 2019 at Founders Community School.

A great spectacle of talented individuals which provided a new beginning of creative collaborations — CMAMW PTA — was an initiative introduced to bring together artists from all over the city of Pretoria to come interact with each other and discuss their challenges in the industry, most importantly to gain knowledge and connection. The Pretoria workshop followed the Polokwane workshop which took place on the 8th of June 2019. The Creatives Makhado Art and Music workshop provides a collective vision, strategy and framework to support, empower and protect upcoming artists. It is a space to share thoughts, showcase and create a collective vision that insights a forward movement for artists and creatives.

The Pretoria workshop brought together a range of the greatest Class-Speakers, Exhibitions, Performances and a host of stimulating and interactive experience. The host of the show was Solomon Tywales(Actor and Comedian), who formed a great bond with the crowd with his continuous jokes that kept the audience entertained throughout the direction of the workshop. About 85 - 90 attendees of which 50 of them took part in showcasing their talents.

Dee Propagator, Jay Hussle, Jimmy, Slompo Drega Manu Beats, Mtc Cracker, Solomon Tywales — These are the speakers who gave motivation & advices to artists, helping them face their challenges and teaching them the important things they need to know for them to survive in the industry. Advices and tips on matters such as Uniting, Self branding, Marketing and Promoting their crafts, finding the right target.

We were also joined by Cape Town's most favourite music group ' Island Exclusive ', their performance was so amazing it left the audience in shock. Another special performance was when Jimmy(Mr Youth Pretoria) showcased his modeling moves.
