The city of Polokwane has been in the driving seat for long, producing unique musicians and creative artists for years. As the musicians are busy paving their way up to the top, PLK producers have grasped our attention with their amazing song masterings, so today we'll look at some of the most creative and talented producers from Polokwane, Limpopo. 1. The Genesis

Tumelo mashabela, mostly known as 'The Genesis' - a known producer from seshego on the outskirts of the city of Polokwane. Signed at SSG entertainment and has been recieving a lot of praises for his EP entitled 'zone 1'. The Genesis is one of the producers with a promising outlook.

2. JayBeats

Jubilent Matlala, mostly known as 'Jaybeats' - a 19 year old producer who started music back in 2016. He has produced and created a number of hits throughout the years. Having to create instrumentals and produce for a track like ' Seasha ' by KayGreat featuring Vic Mash , the song got a positive reaction from the audience, and is one of the most talked about song currently.

3. Quali SA

Meet the man behind 'The book of Ajeh', Owen Kgomotso (mostly known as Quali), a hip hop producer and artist from PLK. His level of uniqueness is amazingly shocking, as it cemented him a place in people's heart, gaining the masses from the streets and the internet. The creative producer filled up an event he hosted this past winter, it was called the winter rage and it is still the most talked about show, 2 months after it took place.

4. Muzzle SA

Muzzle Per'peto — an upcoming artist, producer and composer representing the 015. One of the upcomings that made the mainstream artists to be aware of his capabilities through his work. Showing off his creativity on a major hit song entitled 'Umlilo' featuring DJ Zinhle which just dropped a month ago. His other major hit song is entitled ' Tura', featuring Mexican boys and Sheriff TSA.

5. Lapcaw Preven

Due to the fact that Lapcaw is skilled on the mic, he is hardly given credit for his production. Lapcaw has produced a number of good songs for both himself and others. He's behind projects such as 'Morning Star', '40 divas', 'I Trust' and many more. He is currently pushing his latest project entitled 'Too Heavy' which is out on audiomack and itunes for streaming. With this project, Lapcaw proved that he's one of the most creative producers in South Africa, and leaving him out of the list of Polokwane producers would be a disservice.

6. Cutjolicious

A silent killer, Limpopo Music Awards 2019 Nominee — Cutjolicious — a dj, an mc and producer representing PLK. His song entitled 'Go monate' has been nominated for Best Music Video , as well as for Best Producer at the LIMA 2019. The sound is minimal, the beat isn't that hard, yet very effective.

7. DJ Tears

 DJ Tears has been a game-changing producer for years, inspiring and empowering Polokwane artists. A perfect example of an inspiration, he started music at a young age and yet he's still relevant. DJ Tears has proven that he has more tricks up his sleeve, his first project was 'HeavyBeats Ep vol. 1', which he released under AfroRebel. The project created a mass traffic on streets of Limpopo and people thought he was a one hit wonder until he proved them wrong.

 Davisoul — a house music producer and dj from the city of Polokwane. Only a few producers can touch DaviSoul in studio. This is why he's one of the most respected producers; he's creative, unique and his production style goes beyond house music.
