Kid Lyric is back with this new Album after two years — DTPM (Due To Personal Mabaka) album is out and it has people on lock.

Lehlohonolo Gift Rachekhu professionally known as Kid Lyric is a musician, model, presenter, entrepreneur and social influencer raised in a village called Botlokwa, situated in the north of Polokwane. The 015 artist is currently staying in Johannesburg on a quest to push his music career. He has just recently dropped a fire project that will surely put his name in the mainstream book of South African music. The highly anticipated album 'Due to Personal Mabaka' dropped on the 28th of July 2023. In just a short period of time, it has gained great momentum as we see fans are talking about it each day and it's starting to pick up through a lot of music reviews.

Kid Lyric himself considers this project as "personal" from his whole catalogue. He has put in so much pain into making this beautiful masterpiece, spending over 24 months to make sure the project is of great standards, he had to do it from the heart, to show the world who he truly is. The songs were greatly spiced, over the period of making these songs he had to chop out the insignificant ones, only adding tunes that resonate with his growth. To get the people ready for the album, Kid Lyric had to drop some few singles; such as 'Nako Yaka' (which was dropped as a live performance) and he also dropped an official Music Video for his single 'Mphounele' just to keep his lovers ready and entertained.

Kid Lyric shows so much potential with this new body of work, shocking many doubters that thought things went sideways due to the gap in project release. On first listen, expect to be shocked by the flows, bars & rhymes as he took the beat and addressed it like a veteran in the game. When you get to listen to the storylines of each song, pay attention to the message portrayed and you'll fall in love with this young man's music.
