An exceptional lyricist with a magnificent flow - Bandzile Simelane Popularly known as BANDZ (27)- a goal driven rapper from Eswatini, with a dream to positively represent the country on the global scale. The song writer developed a passion for rap during his childhood in Manzini, getting his inspiration from icons like MF DOOM, Ab Soul, Mac Miller & many others.

In 2016, He began conversating his own original pattern of hip-hop, announcing his presence in the music industry with a debut project titled Red Eye Jedi. It became an instant hit on the streets of Mazini, with high school learners taking a liking to majority of the songs. Red Eye Jedi earned him a place on the Top 10 most streamed Eswatini songs on soundcloud, during the first 2 months of its release. After his 2016 offering, the rapper has gone on to release another mixtape followed by an Ep entitled BIG BANDZ, which dropped in 2019. The project received a huge applaud from his fans, with majority of them pin pointing that his streetwise word play, unique pattern of rapping coupled by outstanding lyrics are his greatest assets; a combination of the late 90's and early 2000's style, topped by his grimy voice always makes him standout.                                                                                          The savvy rapper has collaborated with the likes of SWISS, LLN, MUTATED MEDULLA, H.B.O, MYSTERY BEATS & many more to create a lot of magic. Big highlights of his career include; Sharing the stage with the Emtee, N.Q., & Harristheniner. As well as, making the Top 10 of the MTN Bushfire Firefly competition twice in three years. 

BANDZ recently dropped his latest single dubbed Ishuu and the streets can't get enough. Its been doing great numbers online and has boosted his street cred. The track is available on digital streaming platforms; Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify & Tidal.
