An amusing artist inspired by the life around her — Ms jaey — just recently released her 3rd single entitled "Bare", which is infused with Pop and Rnb vibes. The song explores real love and vulnerability, as Ms jaey channels all her emotions into it with no limitations. The Ekhuruleni native has drawn a lot of attention and accolades towards her music, and she continously shows why she's a force to reckon with.

Music has been part of her life from a very tender age, which morphed her into an avid superstar. "I've done music for as long as I remember, it has always been my first love. I don't think I'll be enjoying life doing anything that isn't music" - said Ms jaey.

Ms Jaey had the privilege to perform on big platforms such as ShizNiz on Etv alongside her former crew, The Black Beaniez( SA's young female rap group). This was at the time when the public never took hip hop as a genre that could penetrate the Southern African music scene. The group were privileged to perform on major platforms and get featured on numerous Magazines and Newspapers. When the group split, Ms Jaey went her own way and that's when she switched from Rap to Singing. That spliting moment became the beginning of greater things for MsJaey, because that's when she discovered her true potential as an artist.

Her music style is inspired by the likes of Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse, Jill Scott, Aaliyah, Toni Braxton and many other various artists; It consists of jazz elements; inspired by 90s R&B and Hip Hop with a touch of New Age Soul.
